Seeking Experienced Front of House Staff

We are currently seeking experienced Front of House Staff: full-time servers, bartenders, hostesses, bussers who are highly motivated and passionate about hospitality, Italian food, and beverage.

Must be able to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

- Performance is in line with Ferraro's high standards.

-Frequently checks for menu updates and other restaurant-related news.

-Demonstrate ability to seek out information and self-educate.

-Exhibits basic guest recognition skills- can identify Ferraro's leadership as well as everyday regulars.

-Shows attention to detail, particularly as it pertains to maintaining the cleanliness of assigned areas, storage areas, and server stations.

-Pass all restaurant and menu quizzes on demand.

-Participates thoughtfully in restaurant and bar meetings.

-Commands advanced knowledge of Ferraro's Wine List.

-Commands advanced knowledge of all Ferraro's menus (dinner, happy hour, etc.).

-Exhibits basic knowledge of wine pairing suggestions.

-Exhibits knowledge of Italian cuisine.

-Demonstrates a sense of urgency for both actively cleaning assigned areas, when responding to guest needs and while maintaining guest space.

-Demonstrates the ability to work as a team and support fellow coworkers.

-Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.

-Properly and accurately close guest checks; process cash and credit card payments; properly settle voided checks or complimentary items; breakdown, clean, and set-up of bar area and dining rooms; properly follow the checklist and be able to perform all aspects of opening and closing duties.

Skills & Requirements:

-Classic Food / Wine Service

-Classic Wine Service Knowledge

-Excellent Guest Service

-Food / Beverage Pairing

-Food Preparation Knowledge

-Knowledge of Italian cuisine

-POS Systems Knowledge

-Check guest identification and confirm it meets the legal drinking age

-Restock and replenish inventory and supplies

-Comply with all food and beverage regulations

-Highly motivated individual with a passion for hospitality and a solid work ethic

-Must have NV Health Card & Alcohol Awareness Card

-Open Availability is a MUST

Required Experience:

Serving in Fine Dining Establishment: 2 years

If applying for Bartender:

Full-Service Bartending: 3 years
