Office Assistant

Our family owned company is looking for a full time Office Assistant. Must have general phone skills, filing, QuickBooks, and customer service experience.

Starting hours are 7 – 4, Monday – Friday. (Would be part time for the first 30 days of paid training. Starting hours are 11 - 4 during training.)

Duties:

Answer phones

Schedule estimate appointments

Make new job files

Confirm next day appointments

Print next day appointments

Print Job Sheets for weekly meeting

File

Fill in where necessary

Send out contracts

Preferred Skills:

QuickBooks

Type up estimates

Excel, Word & Outlook

Communication/Telephone Skills

The ability to Multi Task

Know the geographical area of Portland & Vancouver for dispatching

Prior Dispatch Skills

Administrative Duties:

Scheduling

Answering and routing phone calls

Schedule:

Monday to Friday
