Small, fast-paced, CPA Tax firm looking for a qualified administrative professional to fill our front desk/front office position. Our firm works with small business and individual tax clients. This is a full-time, all-year, in-person position. Position is responsible for answering phones, greeting clients, managing employee calendars, filing, conference room management, assisting firm members with letter writing, email composition and other support as needed.
Experience in tax, accounting, or finance preferred, but not required. Previous experience in administrative support required. Knowledge of Microsoft and Google software platforms preferred. Previous multi-line phone system experience preferred.
