Do you love experimenting with food, ingredients and flavors?
We are seeking an individual with an interest / experience in culinary- inspired food applications development.
Under general direction, responsible for applications development for frozen desserts in a laboratory setting.
Ideal for an individual with a background in culinary arts or applied sciences. Or an individual who has experience working with recipe development in a food service or restaurant setting.
Must be willing and able to taste multiple prototypes developed daily, including ones that contain sugar, non-nutritive sweeteners, chocolate, dairy, peanuts, tree nuts, and gluten.
Must have a high level of attention to detail, the ability to manage portion control to accurately mix formulas and document results, and the ability to work independently as well as with a team.
Knowledge of proper food handling practices is a plus.
Climate-controlled work environment.
