They are furnished and set up for spa services such as lashes, skin care, body treatments, waxing, microblading etc but could be converted for a hair stylist. Comes with an electric bed or stylist chair, sink or shampoo bowl, storage, shelving and some decor. Decorate, paint and set it up however you like! Great downtown location with tons of parking.
