Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Residential Painter located in Washington, DC. The Residential Painter will be responsible for painting the interior and exterior of residential properties, preparing surfaces for painting, mixing paint colors, and ensuring that the finished work meets quality standards. The Residential Painter will also collaborate with other team members to complete projects within given deadlines and provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

Prior experience as a residential or commercial painter

Strong knowledge of different painting techniques and materials

Ability to accurately mix and match paint colors

Attention to detail and a strong focus on quality

Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity

Good physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions

Strong teamwork and communication skills

High school diploma or equivalent

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
