Construction Punch Out Tradesman Warranty LOCAL candidates only

Luxury Home Builder looking for a punch out warranty tradesman for high end residential renovations and additions.

Duties include punch out for baseboards, adjusting doors, drywall patching, caulking, painting, and assisting project managers prior to move in and post closing. Warranty work includes some scheduling with subcontractors. Must have own tools. Must be self-motivated and able to multi-task. MUST BE LOCAL and worked for a builder previuosly. Work is located in Martin and Palm Beach County.

Mon-Fri with no weekend hours. Pay review after 90 days. Company vehicle provided after 90 days. Must have reliable transportation to start and valid drivers license. Gas allowance during initial 90 day period. Paid holidays and offer of health insurance after 90 days. Paid vacation after 1 year.
