Working as part of the People Service Center function, this role will be responsible for timely resolution and intake/triage addressing associate inquiries as it relates to HR and Payroll related issues. Addressing inquiries in compensation, benefits, wellness, payroll, and other related items, works to resolve the issue effectively and accurately. In complex matters, works collaboratively with subject matter experts to ensure timely and accurate resolution of HR and/or payroll related items.QualificationsIn addition to bringing humankindness to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:High School Diploma/G.E.D. required1 year of customer service experienceKnowledge of governmental regulations, legal compliance related to compensation, benefits, pension and general employment lawStrong customer service experienceDemonstrated proficiency in managing multiple tasks and good time management skillsMust have strong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to use various software programs (HRIS, Timekeeping, MS Word/Excel, CRM tool)Healthcare experience preferredPhysical Requirements - Medium Work - exert/lift up to 50 lbs. force occasionally, and/or up to 20 lbs. frequently, and/or up to 10 lbs. constantlyPay Range$19.77 - $27.19 /hourWe are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
