Handyman/Maintenance Needed

Need a handyman for a full day each week for multiple COMMERCIAL properties as well as project based work and on call service. Work includes but not limited to:

Basic plumbing repairs

Basic electrical repairs

Painting

Patching

Ceiling tile replacement

Change air filters

Flooring

Clean ups

Meeting Contractors

Requirements are:

Local to Cambridge area (15 minute drive)

Able to perform above tasks

W9 and background check

Insured (can help get you insurance if needed)

Has reliable transportation (ideally truck)

Payment will be hourly for maintenance work and flat fee for larger quoted projects. Looking to work with someone who can meet other contractors, meet with Tenants, diagnose problems. Have multiple properties that need help with and additional work from commercial Tenants.
