Maintenance Part Time On Site Super

20 Hours per week - Monday thru Friday 9am - 1pm

Candidate must be able to communicate in English.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Daily Maintenance of Interior & Exterior of Buildings

Troubleshooting, Repairs to Plumbing, Electrical Issues

Grounds clean up

Emergency After-Hours Maintenance Calls as needed.

Other Duties as Assigned

Experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting and general building maintenance is required.

Cell Phone Required.

This position requires you to bb available for emergencies after hours, evenings and weekends on the property.
