We are currently seeking a responsible and experienced Floor Supervisor to join our team at Tavern On High. PLEASE SEE SHIFT HOURS BELOW. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR THESE SHIFTS.
Thursday 3:30PM-ClOSE
Friday- 4:00PM-CLOSE
Saturday 4:00PM-9:00PM
Sunday 11:30AM - 9:30PM
WEEKENDS REQUIRED
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all front-of-house activities
- Train and mentor staff on service standards and procedures
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Monitor inventory levels
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area
- Assist with scheduling and staffing needs
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role in the restaurant industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations
- Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
