Work on a variety of HR, Team Member Services & Food & Beverage tasks and projects as directed. Serve as a back-up resource to Human Resource team members for general office coverage and projects.

Team Member Services:

Prepare team member services for yearly pass set up and processing. Review system(s), ROL’s, forms, process, dates, product set-up, fulfillment procedures, order nametags, train assistants for processing.

Update team member services guidebooks and procedures.

Greet team members and administer the team member Season Pass, time cards, name tags, and the team member ski voucher/pass benefit.

Ensure all forms are complete, work with Point of Sale system, collect money and prepare cash out daily.

Communicate with HR regarding team member pass and dependent issues.

Enter team member information in the RTP system, print pass media as necessary.

Responsible for all team member and dependents signing Release and Waivers prior to fulfilling passes and collecting helmet and binding checks.

Input team member information in system, create reports as needed.

Oversees the daily team member services operation.

Human Resources:

Assist with a variety of HR projects such as: spreadsheets, data entry, surveys, onboarding and separation forms, appreciation events, uniform inventory, HR winter and summer stats book, open enrollment, employment advertising, rent deductions, update ICIMS jobs, assist with worker’s comp, audits, and HRIS updates to comply with policies and procedures.

Job sharing duties as needed for other HR Coordinators as requested.

Review ICIMS applications during recruitment and move apps as needed, assist with hiring fair. Communicate with managers on applications.

Maintain coverage in the Human Resource Office as needed including greeting team members and guests, answering phones.

Ability to handle confidential information and maintain confidentiality.

Consistently provide good guest service as set by Human Resources Standards Contribute to team effort by participating in Job Sharing in the HR Department and throughout the Resort.

Food & Beverage:

Assist Food and Beverage Manager in all aspects of managing the Food and Beverage Department.

Contributes to team effort by participating in daily food service tasks as assigned or as needed.

Meet service level objectives and department goals as set forth by immediate supervisor and operations plan.

Prepares and processes correspondence, reports, spreadsheets and communicates with vendors and team members.

Orders and maintains inventory of office, lodge, and kitchen supplies.

Works closely with the Director of F&B and the Managers on payroll and expenses. Provides information and tracking systems.

May assist with monthly inventory.

Prepares, maintains and tracks purchase requisitions, invoices, inventory and transfers for F&B team.

Assist Managers with all onboarding and separation of team members. May handle time and attendance review and closing departments for payroll processing.

Assist as needed in the food and beverage operations such as filling in for food prep and food service.

In depth knowledge of the F&B point of sale system for daily usage and ability to run reports and create spreadsheets as directed.

Contribute to team effort by participating in Job Sharing, assuming responsibility for the cleanliness of the resort and safety of guests and employees; participating in safety & company meetings; accepting diverse assignments; maintain a positive and friendly attitude and demeanor in all internal and external interactions

Participate in any aspect of the Food and Beverage Department while maintaining good organizational performance with the administrative needs.

Qualifications:

Proficient Microsoft office skills required and experience with guest service.

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office – Excel.

Previous office administrative duties preferred.

Ability to read, write, and speak effectively.

Basic math skills are required.

Ability to apply common sense understanding and to solve practical problems.

Handles sensitive and confidential information.

Must be willing to work holidays and weekends as required.
