Experienced HVAC Technician

Job Description

We are seeking an Experienced HVAC Technician with basic plumbing skills, and all-around maintenance experience to become part of our team!

Responsibilities:

Repair major and minor issues with equipment and buildings

Must be experienced in HVAC troubleshooting and repair work

Must have basic plumbing skills

Complete maintenance and repair work orders, in a timely fashion

Order and replace broken parts or equipment

Maintain a clean and safe workspace

Perform other duties, as assigned

Qualifications:

Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields

Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment

Deadline and detail-oriented

Ability to handle physical workload
