Role Overview:

Are you a visionary leader with a passion for mental health and community well-being? Cascadia Health is seeking an innovative Program Manager to lead our Psychiatric Security Review (PSRB) program. In this role, you will establish annual operating, revenue, and strategic goals for the successful operation of the PSRB program. You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring systems, evidence-based programming, and policies designed to achieve established goals and promote a strengths-based, client-centered approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Establish annual operating, revenue, and strategic goals for the PSRB program.

Implement and monitor systems and evidence-based programming to achieve established goals.

Promote a strengths-based, client-centered approach.

Facilitate positive working relationships with community stakeholders, PSRB, County, and State.

Provide clinical supervision and oversight to staff (ICM team or Milieu team).

Revise goals and objectives as circumstances dictate to ensure continuous improvement and success.

Qualifications:

A Master’s Degree in a behavioral science field from an accredited college or university. Demonstrate the competencies to become credentialed as a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) as outlined in OAR 309-016-0005.

A minimum of five years of clinical experience providing inpatient or outpatient services.

Two years of supervisory or leadership experience.
