Cleaner For Short Term Residential Property in Pflugerville, TX

We are needing one housekeeper for a short-term rental lease in Pflugerville, TX

Duties to include:

-cleanings may happen between 11am and 4pm

-same day turnovers required (a guest checks out at 11 and another checks in at 4)

-sometimes last minute (today/tomorrow) schedules

-clean and sanitize bathroom, kitchen, living room, bedroom, and other areas as required

-vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust to ensure that all surfaces are clean and free from debris

- change bed linens and towels, as needed; sheets and towel laundry (on site)

-kitchen cleaning to include dishes (dishwasher on site), oven, stove, microwave, etc.

-ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used and stored safely

-communicate effectively to address specific cleaning needs & requests.

Qualifications:

-previous cleaning experience is a plus but not required; we are willing to train the right candidates.

-ability to follow instructions and pay close attention to detail.

-strong work ethic and reliability.

-excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently.

-flexibility to work weekends and holidays, if necessary.

-physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry cleaning equipment &supplies as needed; must be able to lift/ push/ pull 50lbs

-reliable transportation to and from job sites.

Background check will be required as part of the hiring process.
