Our client is looking to hire a Temporary Bilingual - Spanish Customer Service/Call Center Representative to start ASAP! must be fluent and English and Spanish and have previous healthcare experience Details:
Fully remote - equipment is provided
12 week temporary assignment
Monday - Friday, 8:30a - 5p (EST)
Description:
Handle 90-100 inbound calls per day
Assist customers with medical records
Provide updates regarding their medical records
Respond to email requests
Educate callers on program benefits
