Sales person for startup

This position is door to door. You will make sales, while showing the owner how. Pay is commission based and you will be heavily involved in the sale process. We will create methods and procedures that you find fitting.

This is for a small electric company start up.

Experienced Door-to-Door Salesperson Needed

We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable door-to-door salesperson to join our team. This role requires a confident individual who is familiar with the rules and regulations of door-to-door sales.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct door-to-door sales to generate leads and close deals.

- Provide training and coaching to me, the business owner, by working alongside me in the field.

- Offer insights and practice other lead generation activities.

- Answer phone calls as needed to support sales efforts.

- Ensure comfort and clarity about commission payments.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in door-to-door sales.

- Strong understanding of sales rules and regulations.

- Ability to train and coach effectively.

- Excellent communication skills.

Compensation:

- Commission paid per sale.

- Prompt payment as soon as the check is written for each job.
