Maintenance Technician for Coldwell Banker Cascade

Part-time Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:

General repairs and maintenance for properties managed/ sold by CBLCP, as well as CBLCP office space

Conduct routine inspections and cleaning of communal areas.

Perform preventive maintenance and report recommendations to management

Perform minor fixes, such as repairing broken locks, damage to walls, etc.

Interior and exterior painting as needed with drywall repairs

Perform minor plumbing and electrical repairs such as small leaks or light switch replacement.

Install necessary appliances and equipment as needed.

Maintain grounds, including trimming, edging, mowing lawn, collecting trash, etc. as needed.

Perform necessary cleaning activities, such as dusting, mopping, trash removal, etc.

Complete regular maintenance tasks, such as replacing light bulbs

Inspect and troubleshoot various equipment

Collaborate with CBLCP team and other professionals during projects

Assist with “field work” such as posting notices, towing vehicles, installing signage, etc.

Complete unit preps for vacant units.

Duties may vary as situations arise; therefore, duties are not limited to the above.

Maintenance Technician Requirements:

Proven maintenance experience.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

Skilled in the use of hand and power tools.

Ability to use common tools such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches.

Experience performing routine maintenance.

Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

Eye for detail.

Professional presentation and attitude.

Ability to maintain focus while working individually.

Strong time management skills.
