Full job description
Highlands Ranch Resort are searching for a talented Restaurant Manager to join the Team and lead FOH service.
Minimum 2 years of restaurant supervisory experience in a high volume setting. Advanced food/beverage/service knowledge, a passion for the industry and a dedication to Guest service are all required.
Qualifications:
High volume, fine dining experience.
A genuine passion for the hospitality industry and ability to positively influence the workplace with an upbeat and inspirational demeanor.
Train service staff in dining etiquette, service standards, team service, product knowledge.
Be hands on and lead by example. Make a difference every day.
Ensure dining room and entire facility is clean and in good maintenance, ready for service every shift.
Lead the service team from the floor to ensure an exemplary Guest experience.
Resolve any Guest issues during service, settling only for total Guest satisfaction.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Cultivate and participate in the Team philosophy of management. Work with the other managers to effectively run the restaurant.
Adhere to and promote a culture of excellence; do not accept mediocrity; inspire the Team to similar standards.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
