True painter/handyman with references

I need one man, LLC, liability, workers comp exemption, business bank account.

Someone that can paint level 5, drywall, exterior wdo work, handyman. Tools, decent truck or van, no company signs on your vehicle.

English is mandatory.

I need people who will put me first, and care, I look at my people as employees with paperwork, that way I can pay u more, flat rate, and I don't have to deal with payroll companies
