Staff Accountant
Description Our client is seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented Property Management Accountant to join their team. This role will involve managing the financial accounts of designated properties and will play a key role in the accounting department.Duties and Responsibilities:
Managing all aspects of the general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
Conducting regular bank reconciliations.
Preparing and analyzing budget, financial forecasts, income, and expense reports.
Creating routine financial statements.
Coordinating closely with other members of the accounting team.
Requirements
Requirements:
3+ years of Accountant level work history
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field is a plus
Strong numerical proficiency and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and team working skills.
Familiarity with Yardi Property Management Software is a huge plus, but not a mandatory requirement.
