Lead HVAC Installer

We are a local, family owned, air conditioning and heating contractor in Mesa. Our company has been in business for over 50 years!

We are looking for an ethical, reliable, installer to join our growing team!

Job Responsibilities

- Lead the HVAC installation process and direct install helpers.

- Communicate professionally with customers and ensure their satisfaction.

- Maintain vehicle inventory, cleanliness, and maintenance.

Job Requirements

- Installation knowledge a must with 2-3 years’ lead experience.

- Knowledge of different equipment a plus.

- Availability to work late and occasionally on Saturdays.

- Be a team player that demonstrates responsibility.

- Professional appearance with outstanding customer service skills.

- MUST HAVE A CLEAN DRIVING RECORD.

- MUST PASS A DRUG TEST AND BACKGROUND CHECK.
