OUTBOUND CALL CENTER AGENTS

We provide a pre-screening service for our Clients in regards to various programs for multiple types of Home Mortgage products. If there is a program that the Home Owner may benefit from - then we do a Live Transfer to the appropriate agent for processing. No Closing required by our agents.

We will provide the equipment we will provide the training we will provide the ongoing Team Lead Support staff.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Make System generated Outbound calls

Obtain pre-screening data - using dynamic script

Make LIVE Transfers for qualified individuals

Ability to quickly build rapport with people and understand their needs is essential.

Base Pay PLUS Commission
