Vp Cleaning is looking for a full-time lead employee

VP Cleaning Services is seeking a person who is prepared to assume a leadership role. Since opening for business in 2006, Vp has experienced fast growth. We require a responsible individual to oversee staff and serve as the public face for VP cleaning services. As a lead, your duties will include: - Driving to each home and ensuring that you and your crew complete all tasks requested by the client. (A valid driver's license is required.)

- Be prompt in arriving at each client's home on time; - Lead by example and provide encouragement to the team; - You have the option of using the corporate car or your own; using your own car will result in a pay boost.

- must appear from Monday to Friday, if you were to have an emergency We would understand, but if you would want days off, please let us know three weeks in advance.

- After one year of employment, we will begin to offer paid time off for up to one week, and after eighteen months, we will offer paid time off for two weeks.

We offer workers' compensation.

Additionally, we have liability insurance, which will pay for any damage someone may cause.

- You will receive three months of training, following which we will determine whether you are prepared to assume the position.

- If the company’s sees that you are prepared to take on this role before the 3 months we will land you the position and automatically get a raise.

- Every six to ten months, we will kindly grant you a raise if we perceive that you are committed to the company. And have followed our expectations.
