Hot Tub Sales Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking a Hot Tub Sales Representative to join our team at Mountain Mist Spas! The ideal candidate will have exceptional sales skills with a passion for providing top-notch service to customers. As a Hot Tub Sales Representative, you will be responsible for showcasing our wide selection of Hot Tubs and accessories, identifying clients’ needs, and closing sales to meet revenue goals.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure excellent service and satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Create personalized sales strategies based on customer requests and needs to reach maximum sales goals.

Stay up to date on new hot tub and spa products, features, services offered, along with educating customers on the latest trend.

Conduct competitive research, recommend, and implement effective sales strategies.

Close sales by overcoming objections and negotiating price, sales delivery.

Maintain accurate customer records, including payments, deliveries, warranties, and contracts.

Attending all product training, sales meetings, and marketing events.

Qualifications:

Minimum high school diploma required: some college or a related degree preferred.

2+ years of experience in a sales position

Must have proven sales ability along with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer service and satisfaction while maintaining a positive, customer focused attitude.

Demonstrate excellent organizational skills with a proactive work ethic.
