Construction Office Admin -Accounts Payable Job Costing

This is NOT a Customer service position.

Onsite Only -Accounts Payable processing - Job Costing & Purchasing -Construction Knowledge Needed.

Accounting Experience

Payroll Experience / Knowledge - Daily Timecard collection and Scan Per Job

Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook

Detailed and extensive organization & Filing, Archiving

Answering and directing phone calls in a pleasant and clear manner

Greet office guests & direct to correct personnel

Copy, Scan & Saving to Server files & Routing of Documents

Opening and distributing mail, Via US Mail as well as Incoming Invoices with Matching to PO's and Tracking of items specific to Jobs as needed

General office tasks including cleaning, trash, vacuuming, organizing

Other tasks as assigned - General Support to assist Office Manager

Training would be Limited hours - 4-6 / Day with Potential full time

Work Hours 7:30 AM -4:30 PM

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 per week
