Attorney/Lawyer

Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Attorney/Lawyer to be part of our team located in Dallas, Texas. The selected candidate will primarily focus on the understanding and application of insurance law, representing insurance companies in coverage disputes and litigation. Responsibilities: Analyze and interpret insurance policies to provide advice to clients regarding coverage obligations. Conduct extensive legal research and draft essential legal documents such as motions, pleadings, and others. Represent clients in various legal proceedings including mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings. Manage the discovery process which includes handling depositions and interrogatories. Remain updated on relevant developments in insurance law. Collaborate effectively with clients and other attorneys. Utilize Case Management Software and Legal software for efficient management of cases. Document all legal proceedings accurately and maintain up-to-date records. Utilize Coverage disputes and Litigation skills. Prepare and review Litigation Documents as and when required.Getting this new job will take you one step closer to a better tomorrow! Ability to handle Documentation effectively. Experience in Coverage disputes and Litigation. Prior experience as an Attorney handling Insurance coverage and Litigation cases is required. Must be able to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent critical thinking skills, analytical skills, and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must have a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Must be licensed to practice law in the state of Texas.You are more than ready to take the next step!
