Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a clients business needs and requirements.Rose International is seeking a qualified, professional, and organized individual to join our team as an IT Systems Administrator.Qualified IT System Administrator candidates must be local to the Jefferson City, MO area as the position requires onsite presence.Required Technical Skills:
Strong hardware troubleshooting skills
Experience with Microsoft Teams, Windows 11, Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with TCP/IP, Active Directory, and basic networking skillsRequired Soft Skills:
Excellent customer service skills
Must be detail orientedPreferred Certifications:
A+ CertificationEssential Duties and Responsibilities:
Supporting internal users with both software and hardware issues
Use in-house trouble ticketing system to track issues
Perform desk-side support, upgrades and updates on desktops and laptops (Windows and Mac)
Configure new PCs, printers and Phones for users
Ability to work independently and complete tasks on time
Ability to pack and ship PC equipment (up to 50 lbs)
Ability to crawl, bend, and squat under desks to hook up and configure PCs and equipment as neededBenefits:
