Patio Paver installer

Owner wants Patio Pavers installed on top of Concrete Patio. I was against this type of install but Owner insists as he has done this before. There is additional work sidewalks, steps, flagstone on Chimney etc. Coupd keep you busy for awhile. Need someone educated with this type of install. Patton is 16’ x 14’. On top of concrete Pad. All Material Supplied by Owner.
