Pizza maker- part time

Pizza men and oven operators for part time Friday, Saturday and Sunday. We work from a fleet of pizza trucks and pizza trailers with wood-burning ovens. We serve a 100 mile radius from our kitchen in Elmsford, NY (3.4 miles from White Plains Metro North train, Harlem line)

Experience is preferred, BUT we do train the right individuals. Job duties/requirements may include:

Food/supply packing for each event- must be able to lift 45 lbs.

Knowledge of food safety/sanitation procedures. (we will train)

Making salads, Neapolitan pizza

Cleaning and re-stocking after each event

Events usually include gratuities after each event.

Events range from 8-35 hours per weekend.
