We here at Maki a Mano serve a combination of Japanese and Pervuvian delights. Head Chef Andrea Martinez has over a decade of experience in the sushi world and wanted to create something unique using flavors she is used to. We invite you to join our team for the hottest new restaurant of Chelsea Market!

We are seeking passionate Sushi Chefs

WE WOULD LOVE TO MEET WITH YOU IF YOU HAVE:

1.) 1-2 years of restaurant experience preferred but willing to teach the right candidate.

2.) Able to work noon to evening.

3.) Open availability.

4.) Able to work in a fast-paced environment efficiently.

5.) Ability to engage with guests in a professional manner.

6.) Listening, communication and problem-solving skills are encouraged.

7.) Able to actively work and clean during your shift.

8.) Multitasking is necessary.

9.) Thrives when working with others.

Please be advised, the hourly rate is $16.00 per hour plus tip.

At present we are offering both Full Time AND Part Time positions with hourly payment.
