An Architect Lead Design Build Firm in Madison, WI is looking to grow our team of carpenters!

We are curious builders who are working towards a better understanding of energy efficiency, sustainability, and self-resilient buildings.

We have an array of projects from restaurants, music venues, passive house certified homes, affordable housing and tenant improvements. We encourage anyone with experience to reach out and see if collaborating together would be fun!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

This job would primarily be in the field with light carpentry work. We sub-contract most of our work and ask our team members to be comfortable with punch lists, jobsite cleaning, jobsite organizing. This is a role that is involved with a lot of facets of the project, but would not be doing heavy production work.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Ideally, this role has experience in remodeling and/or a variety of trades.

All tools necessary to do job

Reliable transportation, valid driver's license and proof of insured vehicle

A smart phone with internet access

Attention to detail

Independent contractors must carry liability insurance and workman's comp
