BRINE - Full Time Line Cooks Wanted

Brine Oyster Bar in historic downtown Newburyport is looking for some enthusiastic, motivated team players. Brine boasts a from scratch, seasonal menu specializing in chops, crudo and raw bar.

Line cook applicants must have at least one year of experience and be willing to be a part of a fast paced, positive team environment and be self motivated to help create seasonal menus with the Executive Chef. They will be capable of using a variety of cooking methods to specified recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and complies with food sanitation by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage.
