We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Food Truck Cook to serve up delicious All-American eats to our loyal customers in our BRAND NEW STATE OF THE ART FOOD TRUCK KITCHEN.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook a variety of All-American dishes, including burgers, hot dogs, fries, and more.

Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.

Manage food stock and supplies efficiently.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Handle cash and card transactions accurately.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a cook, preferably in a food truck or fast-paced environment.

Strong knowledge of American cuisine.

Ability to work in a small, confined space.

Excellent time management and multitasking skills.

Friendly and customer-oriented attitude.

Food safety certification is a plus.
