Resident Manager Needed - Belmont

We are seeking an onsite resident manager to join our team. Our ideal candidate is someone who can act as a liaison between our tenants and management company, someone who has excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills.
The onsite resident manager will receive rent credit in our 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment that typically rents for $2,500. In addition, hourly wages depending on experience. This position should require 20 - 40 hours of work per month.
Duties include:
Assist the property manager
Coordinate with tenants and vendors
Make regular inspection (walkthrough) of building(s) and ground
Coordinate all vacant apartment make-ready procedure
Coordinate with maintenance team for repairs, replacements, and/or improvements.
Coordinate with janitorial team to keep all exterior and public lighting throughout, laundry room, parking lot and common areas clean
Inspect and verify maintenance and janitorial team's work; notifies Property Manager of maintenance problems and recommended solutions
Experience and Qualifications
Apartment management
AppFolio software
Successful closing and rental experience
Basic understanding of maintenance, handy in minor maintenance a big plus!
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with attention to detail
Computer proficiency
Eagerness to learn
Flexibility
