A leading veterinary laboratory has a part time position open for an account receivable/payable clerk to join our finance team This role may require working in shifts, so flexibility is a plus. Laboratory operation hour is from 8 am to 7 pm. Monday through Friday.
Job description:
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
Perform data entry and other clerical duties such as filing, copying, transcribing, faxing,
Perform the full cycle of account receivable and payable functions and ensuring accuracy in financial records.
Qualification:
Proven work experience as a receptionist, or similar role.
Hands on experience with office equipment's.
Solid written and verbal communication skills.
Customer service attitude fluent in English and Spanish.
Reside in Kendall or south West of Miami.
