Cafe Louis is Hiring a Line Cook

Cafe Louis is a small, family owned, 35 seat restaurant in the beautiful neighborhood on Knightville in South Portland.

We specialize is Costa Rican and Caribbean cuisine with an emphasis on the produce, seafood and livestock Maine has to offer. We are a scratch kitchen with everything made in-house ranging from sausages & pates to breads and pastries and were named Portland's Best New Restaurant of 2022 and named a top 10 restaurant in 2023 + 2024 by the Portland Press Herald. We are looking to bring on a full-time line cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate is punctual, respectful, organized, a good communicator and should operate well in a team environment.
