Store Manager Wanted for Busy Bagel Shop

Established bagel shop in Somerset (2 miles from Rutgers University) is looking for an experienced Store Manager. Duties include:

-Staff: Supervising employees, delegating tasks, evaluating performance, and managing staff problems.

-Training: Participating in the recruitment process and preparing training sessions.

-Customer service: Responding to customer complaints and feedback, and ensuring standards for customer service are met.

-Compliance: Ensuring standards for quality, health and safety, and other compliance requirements are met.

-Inventory: Managing stock levels, ensuring the right inventory is available, and tracking inventory turnover.

Candidates should be hard working, honest, and have great people skills. We are open from 6am to 2pm, 7 days a week. This is a full-time salaried position.
