Landscape maintenance help needed

I maintain about 170 properties weekly. They are all relatively small and close together. I am looking to change up a couple of my people. I'm looking for somebody with landscape maintenance experience. This means able to weedwack sidewalks, edge beds with it, operate a wright stander if I need you to. Trimming bushes would be awesome. We work early march till early Dec. My guys average 50 hours a week. What I don't want: guys who work with their phones out. Guys who smell like weed when they get in my truck (I dont care what you do when you get home. But show up clear). Please please please don't apply if you need to get high to show up for work. I do the driving daily but it would be great to have a guy who can step in and handle truck and trailer if I need a day away. I will keep you busy. I will pay you end of each week. I am very fair. I start at 18 if you have minimal experience. I will gladly pay higher if you can step in and run the show. When I retire I'd gladly consider giving or selling the company to the right person.
