AG MECHANIC

Modern dairy farm located in Theresa, WI, has an opening available for a full time Mechanic. The ideal candidate should have experience maintaining, repairing, and operating tractors or other farm equipment. Training is available to those with interest and a willingness to learn. Work primarily in a new spacious shop on late model equipment. Driving semi and working in the fields is optional. To be successful, must be positive, working well with others, but also able to complete tasks with minimum supervision. Keeping an organized, clean work area is a must. Tools and safety equipment will be provided. Competitive starting pay is based on experience with semi-annual reviews and opportunity for raises. Vacation & lunch provided. Annual bonus paid.
