Law Firm Receptionist (temp to hire)

Our client, A prominent mid-sized law firm located in downtown San Francisco, is looking to fulfill a temp to hire need for a Legal Receptionist. This assignment would temp for at least 12 weeks, prior to any direct hire conversion with this client.

Employment Type: Full Time Temporary | M - F | 9:30am – 6pm

On-Site

One-hour lunch

Flexibility for OT as needed

Pay Rate: $23.50/ Hour ($25.00 per hour once direct hire + Full Benefits)

Duties include:

Oversee the main reception desk and phone lines, ensuring prompt follow-up on phone and email communications.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including processing and distribution.

Assist clients, vendors, and guests with check-in and address general inquiries.

Provide digital services such as printing, scanning, and faxing.

Coordinate with the office services team for scheduling conference rooms, organizing office events, and supporting daily operations

Assisting staff as needed on administrative tasks and various projects (records, office moves, etc.)

Ideal candidates should possess one to two years of experience in office services, reception, or administrative roles. They must demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both in-person and over the phone. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential, with a readiness to adapt to new programs and databases. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment is crucial. We seek accountable, team-oriented individuals with a positive outlook.
