Job Description:

As the Front Office Assistant/Manager, you will be the backbone of our office operations,

ensuring that every logistical and administrative task is handled flawlessly. Your role will include:

Managing daily front office operations including appointment scheduling, patient follow-ups, and

reception duties.

Overseeing billing processes, insurance verification, and financial arrangements to ensure

accuracy and patient satisfaction.

Leading marketing efforts, including social media management, ad placements, and direct mail

campaigns.

Engaging in special projects that promote clinic growth and enhance patient care

Developing and implementing office policies and procedures to improve efficiency and service

quality.

Collaborating with staff to provide a seamless patient experience from check-in to check-out.
