Review and respond to emails, calls, and messages from prospective, new, and active customers.
Assist with customer support inquiries and provide customer service.
Coordination and constant communication with the client and the estimator to verify that everything is ready for it to be carried out successfully and without delays. Making sure a physical estimate is made.
Make estimates in QuickBooks.
Make estimates or quotes in other formats required by the client.
Follow-up of estimates sent to clients.
Invoicing customers.
Follow-up of Estimates or pending invoices to be completed.
Project Scheduling with Purchasing Department.
Generate Weekly Calendar with Scheduled Jobs with Purchasing Department.
Follow-up on residential customer projects.
Follow-up to projects of commercial clients (In communication with xxxxxxx).
Follow-up of accounts receivable to customers with Depto. By Accounting.
Receive payments from customers and register in QuickBooks.
Offer customers material that is in the Showroom and follow up.
Setting up an invoice in the Vendor Café system (after communicating xxxxxx).
Mounting Invoice in Procore's System (Prior Communication withxxxxx).
Setting up an invoice in the Red Team system (after communicating with xxxxxx)
Update the Customer Contact Form DB to measure advertising profitability.
Functions of the Permits Department
Permit management.
Scheduling of Inspections.
Request Insurance Certificates for projects in condominiums.
Handle all IOC and WC requests
Handle HOA/Contractor Application
Property searches (including previous permits and liens)
Verify the accuracy of information in Black and White contracts Register Black and White in all cities and keep it up to date.
Functions Owners Assistant

Manage requested personal matters (invoices, recurring payments, permits, etc.)
Post Offer up- Craigslist and Classifieds and follow up on what is posted.
