Research Assistant for Book Free place to live can be part of the deal

Need a research and author assistant for a book I am writing on climate change from the standpoint of a climate change believer, not a climate change denier. What would be perfect - A person suitable for this job that needs a place to live.

I have a spare bedroom and bathroom available. No one else will be using that bathroom. It’s a 6-bedroom 5-bathroom house. The first 10 hours per week would go to free rent and utilities. The additional will be $15 an hour. If I can't find somebody to live in I still need an assistant. I think initially I would need the person to work here at my house for better communication and training. After that it could be remote.

Job is in Titusville in Brevard County.

I am a responsible and successful person with no criminal record.

Technical and climate change knowledge not required. I know the science very well. I am a career scientist with extensive knowledge of past climate change, meteorology, atmospherics, geology, heat transfer and fluid mechanics.

I'm also a Florida licensed professional engineer. I think this book will be very successful.

But I need help with support work

Gathering and organizing weather and climate data

Managing reference numbers / citation numbers

Help with creating charts and figures

Assist with testing of energy saving appliances and products

I need someone bright and motivated. Someone who can stay focused and be productive. Someone who is pleasant to work with as am I.

Need someone who knows their way around the internet. Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word is preferred. But if someone is not, I can teach everything as long as the person is bright, intelligent and motivated to learn.

Most of all you must be VERY dependable and reliable. If I can’t count on you, please don’t respond. No pets. Non-smokers only.

There will be more than this 10 hours of work a week available that I'm hoping this person will be willing and able to work more than the 10 hours for at $15 per hour past the first 10 hours.

You will have your own 210 sq ft furnished bedroom (bedroom furniture can be moved if you have your own) and a large closet in a nice home in a nice neighborhood in Titusville. Use of rest of house. Comes with your own bathroom no one else will be using.

House has and high-speed Internet you may use. Large recreation room with ping-pong and pool tables.

$150 deposit. Must be willing to cooperate with a background check.
