Floor refinishing/installation business partner

Story is that I have owned flooring labor shops and retail stores my entire life. This company in question I created some years ago and it made me a great deal of income. I had a great partner for years and we did well together but I foolishly left for a contract job that made me feel important. Thus I lost a good partner. This company I tried two partners to no avail. One was a great partner but not a proficient floor person, the other a great floor person and not a grat person. I needed all along some one younger to learn and run the labor part while I do sales, books, and others. I have blown my back, neck and knee so I am office bound however am willing to be in the field at least a couple days a week if not more at first to provide support and trainin. I am a master wood floor installer and I also am a craftsman refinish stain and coater of flooring. Wood flooring is highly profitable. I also have a tile setter I sub to as tile is a great additional income. What I need is someone on the labor front, especially initially to get us into the two or three employee area. It is from the start as I took two years off to get a degree. It is very low in its start up capital however it does not require anything much more than existing. Also I am old school certainly but not dishonest or unsafe people. It is imperetive that any applicants reflect said values as well. This is a fun trade. It is not easy. There is a lot of sacrifice, however it does compensate.
