Small private members' club looking to re-staff much of the BACK OF HOUSE. Immediate consideration for the best candidates.

Needing to fill all kitchen positions. Salad Prep, Sautee, Line Cooks, and Sous Chef.

Able to handle a fast-paced efficient kitchen. Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner. A reasonably easy menu to be executed rapidly (short ticket times) and consistently. Must have experience (a few to several years) working long hot shifts, love what you do, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

No Late Hours: Kitchen usually closes by 10 or (very seldom) Eleven. Only serving breakfast on weekends. And the position is seasonal, with only a few shifts during Winter for occasional Private Events. The right applicant may be asked to start immediately.

Up-to-date Food Handler's Certification is a MUST for consideration. Please speak enough English to take direction and communicate with Chef and managers.

We are a Private membership based club on the lakefront with around 120 to 140 active family memberships. Our members want and expect good quality meals and when that ticket prints at expo, that's your job and expected to make it happen.
