Carpenter, remodeler, , full or part time

We are a small real estate company that purchases and remodels investment homes that are then leased and managed. You would be responsible for, repairing, remodeling these homes that we buy to lease or re-rent.

we are looking for an individual with carpentry, remodeling and maintenance experience to work with my lead carpenter.

Job can be 30 to 40 hours a week, and pay between $20 and $30 per hour depending on experience. This person would have to perform rental maintenance on properties.

This is a contract labor job.
