Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. The Cleaning Technician will be responsible for ensuring that our clients' homes are meticulously cleaned and maintained according to their specific preferences and standards.

Responsibilities:

Perform thorough cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing surfaces.

Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, and countertops.

Clean kitchen areas, including wiping down appliances, countertops, and cabinet exteriors.

Make beds and change linens as required.

Empty trash bins and ensure proper disposal of waste.

Wash windows, clean blinds, and dust window sills.

Follow cleaning checklists and ensure all tasks are completed to high standards.

Use cleaning products and equipment safely and effectively.

Report any maintenance issues or needed repairs to management.

Maintain confidentiality and respect clients' homes and personal belongings.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping is advantageous.

Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Physical stamina and ability to lift and move equipment as needed.

Ability to work as part of a team.

Availability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings. You will not have to work weekends.

Working Conditions:

This position requires standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive motion.

Exposure to cleaning chemicals and dust may occur.

May be required to work in homes with pets or allergens.
