Full-Time handyman / Super Wanted (Monticello/Liberty, NY)

During trial worker would be required to do work orders assigned by the property manager during the operating hours of 8:30am-5:30pm. These tasks can include basic plumbing, electric, drywall, painting and other misc. tasks needed to run the property and keep the tenant's happy. After the trial period and review of the work an offer of becoming the super would be given. This would include an apartment.
