Sheet Metal Shop Fabricator

HVAC Company is looking to hire a Sheet Metal Shop Fabricator. We are looking for an individual who takes initiative, hardworking, dependable, self-motivated, team player and communicates well with other employees and customers.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

- Must be able to demonstrate and know how to use the following Sheet Metal Fabricating Equipment such as brakes, pin spotters, welders, plasma machine, etc. As well as basic computer skills.

- Plan and Schedule production activities

- Produce and maintain quality products

- Troubleshoot machinery and product issues and consult with management to resolve any issues.

Skills:

- Ability to show up every day ready to work

- Ability to calculate figures, measure and cut material accurately

- Ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment

- Ability to stand for extended periods of time

- Ability to read and understand specifications, shop drawings, production and manufacturing information pertaining to each project

Requirements:

All Applicants must have a valid driver’s license and a clean DMV record. Applicant must also pass a pre-employment drug screen. Minimum 2 years’ experience. Wage is dependent upon experience (highly competitive wages) We offer paid vacation, six paid holidays, 401K retirement and participate in education expense.
